Web Designer (Photoshop/ Flash/ HTML)

• HTML (Advanced Dhtml), Macromedia Flash, CSS (Advanced), Adobe Photoshop (Advanced), Web Design Concept, HTML & DHTML Developing Website using Flash & Multimedia, Use of Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, Dream weaver 8, Flash MX/8 with action scripting, Photoshop JavaScript, Ajax and CSS
• Must have rich knowledge on high quality Web Designing and website development technology
• Should be fast, hard working and quick learner
• Ability to work independently & handle work pressure efficiently
• Candidate must be professional, dedicated, self motivated, precise analytical skills and honest
• Be Self driven and able to work independently as well as in a group
• Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadline
• Working knowledge of Flash & DreamWeaver
• Solid understanding of Graphics & Design

• Experience and skill with Export based Web application and Web base database application
• Solid understanding of developing Website using Flash , Dhtml, Multimedia and Adobe Photoshop
• Having working experience in web development Export based projects for the International market to be added extra credit.
• Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team player.
• Proven ability to produce measurable results within a complex multi-tasking, rapidly changing work environment
• Candidate must provide with previous work examples and may require testing before hiring.
• Must have strong all round Web skills, in particular Dream Weaver, Flash, DHTML, adobe graphics packages for web Designing, and at least Knowledge in PHP and content management CMS will be added as extra credit.
